Our Residence is based near the river, very close to the old town centre – 7 minutes walking distance from Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery is just a bit further, and you can reach the Boboli Garden with its beautiful Pitti Palace in just 15 minutes walking. There is a bus stop in front of the Residence, where you can take a bus that drives you to Piazza Stazione in 10 minutes. From there it is possible to take the bus/tram lines connecting the entire city.

This offer starts from Euros 1.850,00* a month (2 people) VAT included.

The price includes a private driver that can pick you up from Florence airport/station when you arrive.

On top of this we can offer some additional comforts – e.g. the possibility to stay in a room with terrace if you are a smoker – that can be previously requested to our Booking Office, by contacting the Residence at the moment of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by Serristori Palace. A Euro 100,00 cancellation fee will apply and be deducted from the rental fees paid.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follow:

  • Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of full fee is lost if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival
  • 50% of full fee is lost if cancelled 7 - 29 days before the arrival date
  • 100% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 6 days up to the arrival date

Arrival/Departure

  • Apartments may be occupied from 3.00 PM on day of arrival. and most be vacated by 10.00 AM on day of departure.
  • The acceptable arrival times are: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
