We were redirected to Serristori from a B&B closer to the Dumo. We were worried. However, our stay could not have been more enjoyable. The staff wre friendly and spoke just enough English to assist us. Daniella booked our tours with ease. We had no idea that our VISA would be practically useless in Florence. Near everything is cash, including tours, museums and shops. Most restaurant did accept credit cards, except when the \"computers failed\" and we had to dig in all our wallets to pay the bill. We would definately stay with Serristori to navigate us during our next trip. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience in Italy! Chow!

We stayed for one week in your Place in the apartment St. Nicolas. from 15 April to 22 April. I wanted to write something in your gold-book but the taxi arrives earlyer. So I tell you now that our stay was formidable. Your are very very nice, and you helped us very much for everything ( to find taxi, restaurant, supermarket ...) Our apartment was very nice, no noise, and the terrase was superb in the evening for dinner.Your attention, to put a bottle of champagne in the flat, was appreciable, very nice from you. We had everything necessary: micro-wave oven. dish-washer, coffee machine, safe, TV satellite, and in addition to all there was in the cellar a washing machine and dryer, with washing power for the guestes ,we can use it free. Thank you so much to make our stay formidable, and I wish you a lot of pleasures in your palace. Kings regards.

A colleague of mine and I spent 6 months (from april to october) in Florence and after having tried several places during the first month, we decided to stay in this residence till the end. Useless to say that we enjoyed our stay very much. The residence is brand-new, everything is in a perfect shape and every single detail is just perfect. It seems that nobody has used the room before you. The location is great, right at Lungarno Serristori, only 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. We tried almost all the 12 rooms (even if it would be better to call them suites as they all have at least a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom) and there are not 2 alike, starting from the furnishing colour. The best of the best is of course the one called "Belvedere" that is huge and has a cosy terrace facing Pontevecchio on one side, Boboli's garden on another and Piazzale Michelangelo on another one. But they are all one nicer than the other, both the ones on the front with a view on Florence and the ones on the back with balconies where to enjoy breakfast or dinner. All rooms have a parquet floor, one or more bathrooms in beige marble with a bathtub and sometimes a separate shower. The kitchen is equipped with a micro-wave oven, a dish-washer and an elegant porcelain set for 6 people, glasses for red wine, moka and american coffee machine, in short: all one can need for a stay longer than the weekend. The bedrooms are all different but all beds are huge and comfortable. All rooms in the same apartment have a separate air-conditioning device. There is TV with satellite and a safe. In the basement there is a large room available for meeting, and some nice corners with sofas and a fireplace. But the most important thing is the washing machine and the dryer at complete disposal of guests just for free. The only negative note is about the noise at night in the summertime for the rooms on the front, but "unfortunately" the residence is located exactly in the best summer spot of Florence and also mosquitos can be bothering if one is not careful to keep the windows closed. The residence is managed by a very nice couple, Daniela and Carlo, extremely helpful in all situations. All friends and relatives who came and visited us, were amazed by the beauty and the luxury of the place. And whenever we go back to Florence, we are sure we will stay at Serristori residence.
